I offer individual therapy and work with anybody experiencing mental distress or mental health issues.

Here are some of the issues clients may bring to me: difficulties fitting in and functioning as an ADHD or autistic person, AuDHD burnout, depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, marital and pre-marital concerns, domestic violence, family conflicts, panic attacks, low moods, feelings of loneliness and low self-esteem, bereavement; as well as those going through major life changes, such as pregnancy, birth, and menopause.
